The founders of KeVo Lacrosse, Todd Vollmer and Matt Kennedy, have been involved in Cincinnati lacrosse since its inception. Both Todd and Matt played on the inaugural Moeller High School team in 1988. Being the only team in Southwest Ohio, the team traveled around the Midwest, taking its lumps but learning the game. Todd and Matt both went on to play college lacrosse and, whether playing or coaching, have stayed active in the sport for the past 28 years.
